Mark Abeyaratne Managing Director Phone: 03 9565 1400 Mark has been involved in the Drummond Golf group for over 20 years. In his role as Managing Director, Mark oversees all aspects of the business and is heavily involved in the selection and recruitment of new franchisees.		Ravi Abeyaratne Marketing Director Phone: 03 9565 1400 Ravi has also been involved with the Drummond Golf group for over 20 years and in his role as Marketing Director, Ravi is in charge of the national marketing aspect of Drummond Golf whereby he oversees all marketing and advertising as well as helping stores with the local marketing initiatives.
Jamie Cooke Product Director Phone: 03 9565 1400 Jamie has been involved with the Drummond Golf group for over 13 years and his role in the franchise business as Product Director is to liaise with our suppliers and the stores with regard to product range. Jamie is the person who ultimately decides which products will be included in Drummond Golf’s range. He also negotiates all of the trading terms with the suppliers for the stores and actively helps stores to manage their stock levels.		Andrew Pickles Retail Operations Manager Phone: 03 9565 1413 Andrew is the Retail Operations Manager for Drummond Golf. He joined the organisation in late 2005 and is responsible for store design, merchandising and layout. Andrew also coordinates staff sales training. Andrew’s background includes extensive retail store and area management, along with store planning and development.
Elise McKenzie Franchise Business Manager Phone: 03 9565 1406 After working in the Preston store for 5 years whilst at University, Elise took up a position at Drummond Golf Head Office in October 2003. Aswell as assisting existing stores with their various requirements, Elise also works closely with the Managing Director in the recruitment and selection of new franchisees.		Paul Mclachlan IT Manager Phone: 03 9565 1408 Paul is no stranger to the ways of Drummond Golf. He first joined the company 1994 as a sales person and progressed through the ranks to the lofty position of Retail Operations Manager. Early in the new millennium he left to pursue a career in the IT field, hoping to make a quick million! However, another opportunity presented itself within Drummond Golf and Paul was enticed back to work for the company as IT Manager.
Alex O’Brien Group Accountant Phone: 03 9565 1407 Alex joined Drummond Golf in April 2005 as the Group Accountant. Before joining Drummond Golf, he was an accountant at a few firms specialising in preparing financials, tax returns and general compliance required by the ATO and other governing bodies. The latest of them was at a medium sized Chartered Accounting firm for approximately three years. Alex completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the Flinders University in South Australia and fully qualified for his CPA at the end of 2004.		Jodi Straughair Communications Officer Phone: 03 9565 1420 Jodi joined Drummond Golf in early 2006 and is the Communications Officer. Jodi is responsible for the communication between head office and all stores and suppliers. Jodi also works closely with the Marketing Director & Product Director.
Kean Chai Technical Development & Support Officer Phone: 03 9565 1421 Kean started with Drummond Golf a little over a year ago when he began as a Sales Assistant at the Osborne Park store. At the start of 2007 Kean took up the position of Technical Development & Support Officer at Head Office where he is responsible for ClubFit, Launch Monitor, Repairs and OH&S.		Anthony Murphy Corporate & Insurance Sales Officer Phone: 03 9565 1419 Anthony joined Drummond Golf in mid 2006 and is the Corporate & Insurance Sales Officer where he works with various insurance companies and other businesses in relation to sales.
Kate Towers Administration/Reception Phone: 03 9565 1400 Kate joined the company mid 2007 and is the first point of contact at Drummond Golf. Kate is responsible for a variety of administration tasks, travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and all incoming calls. Prior to joining Drummond Golf Kates background was business support and office management in administrative streams.
