After small and humble beginnings as a quaint golf shop Dynacast Golf Factory has grown to be one of Australia's largest manufacturers of golf clubs. Originally a small shopfront with a garage factory located at the back of the property in the little seaside town of Yankalilla in country South Australia, Eric Rowe took over the business in 1983. Yankalilla Golf Factory (as it was then known) was doing a small amount of importing and wholesaling to the national market. The Australian golf industry proved to be a difficult one to break into, however within a few years the brand had established itself as a quality product and great value for money. After a move to new premises in Mt Compass the business changed its name to Dynacast Golf Factory. From here the brand continued to expand, finding a strong following in Australian golfers' bags.
