The GolfBuddy World uses many of the outstanding features that have made
the touchscreen World Platinum one of the most sought-after GPS
rangefinders in golf. And it also adds easy to use push-buttons to allow
the user to quickly navigate through the unit’s interface.
Designed to give maximum speed of use, World retains many of the
Platinum’s features including: TouchPoint instant distance measurement,
Direct Overhead Imaging, Pro Play game statistics recording & Stableford
scoring, pre-loaded global courses, Touch ‘N’ Move Flag, Dynamic Green
Approach and 100% fee-free access to golf course maps.
With a bright, anti-glare 2.7inch LED screen, Stableford and standard
scoring for one player, the World is perfect for the player who wants to
concentrate on one round at a time. Instead of keeping historical
playing statistics on the GolfBuddy World itself, players store and
analyse their playing statistics online.
A single ‘green view’ gives exact distances to the front, middle and
back of the green, while the World’s smaller size makes it more
comfortable in the hand – especially with lady and junior golfers – and
easier to slip into a pocket. Ever unit comes with its own USB charger
and plug, meaning the GolfBuddy world can be charged through your
desktop computer or main electricity supply.
