I bought oneof these in March 2011. Within 2 months the right hand wheel ceased to rotate freely witrh out the power applied. Was advised that the inbuilt clutch on the wheel had ceased functioning. MGI replaced it without hesitation.
Three months later, (9/08/11) the left hand wheel decided to do the same thing and is currently awaiting replacement.
The good thing about all of my troubles is that MGI does not hesitate to make good the problems under warranty.
I have some doubts that it is the wheel clutch that is malfunctioning and asked the service agent to check the whole of the drive chain thoroughly as I don't want to be liable for a new wheel every two months.
