Mark has been involved in the Drummond Golf group for over 20 years. In his role as Managing Director, Mark oversees all aspects of the business and is heavily involved in the selection and recruitment of new franchisees.

 Ravi Abeyaratne
Marketing Director

Ravi has also been involved with the Drummond Golf group for over 20 years and in his role as Marketing Director, Ravi is in charge of the national marketing aspect of Drummond Golf whereby he oversees all marketing and advertising as well as helping stores with the local marketing initiatives.

 Jamie Cooke
Product Director

Jamie has been involved with the Drummond Golf group for over 13 years and his role in the franchise business as Product Director is to liaise with our suppliers and the stores with regard to product range.
Jamie is the person who ultimately decides which products will be included in Drummond Golf’s range. He also negotiates all of the trading terms with the suppliers for the stores and actively helps stores to manage their stock levels.

 Andrew Pickles
Retail Operations Manager

Andrew is the Retail Operations Manager for Drummond Golf. He joined the organisation in late 2005 and is responsible for store design, merchandising and layout. Andrew also coordinates staff sales training.
Andrew's background includes extensive retail store and area management, along with store planning and development.

After working in the Preston store for 5 years whilst at University, Elise took up a position at Drummond Golf Head Office in October 2003. As well as assisting existing stores with their various requirements, Elise also works closely with the Managing Director in the recruitment and selection of new franchisees.

 Dale Cleaton
IT Manager

After graduating University with a double degree in 2006 Dale went on to work for The Golf Works in Brisbane for a year and a half. When Drummond Golf aquired The Golf Works it also made the unexpected aquisition of a full-time website and software developer.
After working for Drummond Golf remotely from Brisbane for a year Dale moved to Melbourne in 2009 to join the Drummond Golf family and in early 2010 Dale was promoted to IT Manager. |
 Alex O’Brien
Group Accountant

Alex joined Drummond Golf in April 2005 as the Group Accountant. Before joining Drummond Golf, he was an accountant at a few firms specialising in preparing financials, tax returns and general compliance required by the ATO and other governing bodies. The latest of them was at a medium sized Chartered Accounting firm for approximately three years.
Alex completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the Flinders University in South Australia and fully qualified for his CPA at the end of 2004.

 Andrew Laird
IT Support

Andrew Laird graduated from University in 1989 and brings a broad range of background and experience in the IT field to Drummond Golf. Just prior to joining Drummond Golf Andrew had run his own IT support company focusing on managed services to small and medium businesses and non-profit organisations.
Andrew joined Drummond Golf in early 2010 and has brought his wide breadth of knowledge to provide IT Support to our many franchisees. |
 Kean Chai
Technical Development & Support Officer

Kean started with Drummond Golf in 2006 when he began as a Sales Assistant at the Osborne Park store. At the start of 2007 Kean took up the position of Technical Development & Support Officer at Head Office where he is responsible for ClubFit, Launch Monitor, Repairs and OH&S.

Anthony joined Drummond Golf in mid 2006 and is the Corporate & Insurance Sales Officer where he works with various insurance companies and other businesses in relation to sales.

 Niall Shearer

Niall joined Drummond Golf in 2007 when he began as Assistant Manager at the Cheltenham store.
Early in 2010 Niall accepted the position of Marketing Executive at Head Office where he is responsible for supporting the stores in their Local Marketing, managing the Digital Marketing and supporting the Marketing Director.

 Kate Towers
Administration/Reception

Kate joined the company mid 2007 and is the first point of contact at Drummond Golf. Kate is responsible for a variety of administration tasks, travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and all incoming calls.
Prior to joining Drummond Golf Kates background was business support and office management in administrative streams.

 Daniel Gray
Web Designer

Daniel joined Drummond Golf in March 2010 to take on the role of web developer and to assist the IT Support team.
Currently undertaking his university studies in Information Technology, Daniel has gained a wealth of experience over the past few years through the development of his own business. With such diverse exposure to business operations, Daniel has made the move from Brisbane to assist with the development of all IT Systems and Web Operations.
