Tour Edge Exotics Wingman Wedge Series

Tour Edge has unveiled its groundbreaking Exotics Wingman Wedge series, setting a new standard for wedge performance. This innovative line, inspired by golf legend Bernhard Langer, offers golfers three grind choices and five bounce profiles to optimize their game.

Langer, a PGA Tour Champions icon, personally tested a prototype of the Wingman wedge and was effusive in his praise. He emphasized the importance of an offset design, which helps keep the golfer's hands in front of the leading edge, ensuring a more precise downward strike for cleaner ball contact.

The Wingman Wedge Series features a 3mm constant offset, a design aimed at delivering the ideal angle to the turf for consistent ball contact. Langer's endorsement of this technology reflects his belief that it benefits golfers of all levels.

This remarkable release marks Tour Edge's commitment to pushing the boundaries of wedge design and performance, providing golfers with a powerful tool to enhance their short game.

The all-new forged wedges boast feel-enhancing VIBCOR pockets. The proprietary deep undercut pockets dampen sound and shock to create a distinct feel at impact. VIBCOR also increases perimeter weighting to add forgiveness.

Another design feature is the High-Toe Pad to hold the face slightly open to aid full shots to flop shots. The thickness of the High-Toe wing increases relative to loft to maintain ideal launch performance.

Exotics Wingman Wedge Series uses new Triple-Traction Milled Face technology for optimal spin control. This involves three milled areas on the face that include milled grooves, milled micro-grooves and milled toe lines. The engineering feat delivers a strike area that is 10% larger than traditional wedge to boost spin in all conditions and add versatility in your wedge game.

Wingman wedges come in three uniquely milled grinds. S/D Grind offers more bounce and is best suited to softer surfaces and for players whose tendency is approach the ball with a digging action. M/N Grind is the mid-bounce alternative and is ideal for medium to firm ground and players who have a neutral attack angle on the ball. F/S Grind contains the least amount of bounce and caters to firm ground and players use a sweeping attack angle.
