Get excited! Callaway launches into 2021 with its new and impressive family of Epic woods.
There are three impressive driver options—Epic Speed, Epic MAX and Epic MAX LS.
Engineered for incredible ball speeds across the entire face, Callaway Epic drivers feature the company’s new Jailbreak Artificial Intelligence Speed Frame and Artificial Intelligence Designed Flash Face SS21. The composition of the speed frame improves stability in the clubhead at impact. Jailbreak architects stiffened the body in the vertical direction. And, ‘AI’ brings further strength in the horizontal direction. Callaway uses Artificial Intelligence to geometrically enhance the shape of each wood for maximum clubhead speed.
According to Callaway, the Epic Speed is their fastest Epic driver ever! This model includes an advanced aerodynamic head construction promoting lower drag to generate more speed during the golf swing.
The Epic MAX is Callaway’s most forgiving driver ever. This driver delivers straighter drives by using lighter and stronger Triaxial Carbon material rather than titanium. This allowed Callaway engineers to save more than 19 grams of weight, which was redistributed to create a deep center of gravity.
The Epic MAX LS is designed for mid- to low-handicap golfers and is the most fade capable driver in the Epic family. The MAX LS includes Adjustable Perimeter Weighting to fine tune ball flight.
Two fairway woods compliment the superb range—Epic Speed Fairway and Epic MAX Fairway.
Callaway Epic fairway woods offer exceptional ball speeds off the clubface. These fairway woods introduce Callaway’s new Jailbreak Velocity Blades system, which used Artificial Intelligence to spread and angle the Jailbreak blades for optimal performance.
The Epic Speed Fairway Wood features a forward center of gravity and new leading edge for a penetrating ball flight.
The Epic MAX Fairway Wood presents an oversized head and a shallow face for enhanced forgiveness and easy launch. The Epic MAX contains adjustable weighting for precision fitting. 2 gram and 14 gram weights may be used in the rear or the front of the clubhead.
