Tour Edge is thrilled to unveil its latest golf innovation, the Hot Launch 524 Series. This new series, loaded with cutting-edge technology borrowed from the tour-winning Exotics line, cements Tour Edge's position as the industry leader in performance and innovation.
The Hot Launch 524 Series introduces a comprehensive range of Game-Improvement designs tailored to suit every player type, reinforcing Tour Edge's commitment to expanding custom fitting to all golfers. Drawing inspiration from their award-winning Exotics designs, Tour Edge has incorporated key innovations such as Ridgeback, Diamond Face VFT, RyzerSole, and VIBRCOR technologies into the 524 Series.
Ridgeback Technology includes the addition of a Ridgeback rail on the crown of the clubhead. The Ridgeback rail not only enhances the structural integrity of the club but also plays a pivotal role in generating additional power across the entire face, extending to the outermost edges. Beyond its structural benefits, the Ridgeback activation serves a dual purpose by functioning as a distinctive alignment aid, ensuring a unique and advantageous setup at the address position.
Diamond Face VFT technology represents a groundbreaking advancement. It incorporates 37 intricately designed thick and thin diamond shapes, often likened to "mini-trampolines," positioned behind the face. This innovative configuration results in a heightened face temperature, translating to faster ball speeds and superior performance, even on off-center hits. Additionally, Diamond Face VFT contributes to reduced spin, enhancing overall playability and control.
RyzerSole rail design integrated into all C524 metals, stretching seamlessly from the leading edge to the trailing edge. This novel sole rail design is engineered to establish an exceptionally low Center of Gravity (CG), facilitating high-launching shots with finely tuned spin rates and maximum ball speed upon impact.
VIBRCOR technology not only imparts a distinctive feel to the clubhead upon impact, dampening both sound and shock, but also establishes perimeter weighting around the entirety of the clubhead. This meticulous design contributes to maximum forgiveness, increased power, and heightened ball speed off the face, ensuring an unparalleled golfing experience.
The 524 series includes two distinct ranges: the E524 and C524, addressing the Game-Improvement and Super-Game-Improvement club categories. The Extreme (E) range focuses on extreme playability and ease of launch, while the Competition (C) range boasts premium designs with a higher Moment of Inertia (MOI) for added forgiveness and power.
Noteworthy additions include the Hot Launch C524 Driver, featuring Ridgeback Technology, MOI-boosting rear sole weight, Diamond Face VFT, RyzerSole Rail Design, and a 360° Cup Face Design. The Hot Launch C524 Fairway Metals showcase the same technologies with the added influence of the Exotics C722 series shaping. The Hot Launch C524 Hybrid introduces an extremely high MOI with Ridgeback Technology, MOI-Boosting rear sole weight, Diamond Face VFT, RyzerSole Rail Design, and new Exotics player preferred shaping inspired by the C722 series. The Hot Launch C524 Irons combine maximum distance and forgiveness with VIBRCOR Technology, new filled cavity Exotics inspired shaping, wide sole/360° undercut cavity, toe weighted design, and power lofted setup. Completing the lineup is the Hot Launch C524 VIBRCOR Wedge, designed for extreme forgiveness with a larger area of VIBRCOR TPU, high toe pad design, beveled leading edge & rounded cambered sole, and maximum allowed CNC milled grooves.
On the Extreme Game Improvement front, the Hot Launch E524 Driver introduces Houdini Sole Technology, Ridgeback Technology, high moment of inertia, Diamond Face VFT, and heel weighted slice-fighting offset design. The Hot Launch E524 Fairway Metals bring extreme accuracy with Houdini Sole Technology, Ridgeback Technology, Diamond Face VFT, Heel weighted slice fighting offset design, and super shallow face design. For the Hot Launch E524 Hybrid, the emphasis is on extreme playability and launch with Houdini Sole Technology, Ridgeback Technology, Diamond Face VFT, heel weighted slice-fighting offset design, and larger footprint hybrid design with a super shallow face. In the Hot Launch E524 Irons, the hollow iron-wood designs prioritise ease of launch and playability with Houdini Sole Technology, hollow-body perimeter weighting, shallow face/offset design, and new 524 Shaping. Lastly, the Hot Launch E524 Wedge, designed for extreme ease of use, features the patented Houdini Sole, condensed wide sole design/added camber, deep undercut cavity, extra large face featuring a rounded leading edge, and full-face maximised grooves.
