Hot Launch C523 Series
Tour Edge propels into 2023 with the introduction of its Hot Launch C523 series. Designed for golfers with medium to faster swing speeds, C523 is a competition spec range of clubs that includes, driver, fairway, hybrid, irons and a hybrid/ iron combo set for golfers looking to replace the long irons with C523 hybrids.
Hot Launch C523 driver, fairway and hybrid boast a range of technologies that deliver optimal launch, spin rates and accuracy. Tour Edge engineers also adopted advancements to ensure golfers adequate forgiveness for off-center strikes making this series extremely easy to use. New to C523 is its Sole Rail Design. Extending from the leading edge to the trailing edge, the new sole rail produces super-low center of gravity making it easier to fashion high-launching shots with maximum ball speeds as well as to optimise spin rates. Tour Edge’s very own Diamond Face Variable Face Technology is another breakthrough used by the company to help golfers achieve faster ball speeds. This involves 39 different thick and thin diamond shapes carefully positioned behind the clubface that act like mini trampolines for a hotter face. C523 woods feature a deeper and wider Power Channel on the sole of the club behind the clubface. This larger power channel distributes weight to increase face flexing at impact for amplified ball speeds and added forgiveness. And, engineers strategically placed a sole weight to the extreme rear of the C523 woods to lower the center of gravity position within the clubhead. This mass at the trailing edge of the clubhead allows for an easier launch with added forgiveness at impact.
Hot Launch C523 irons are built with an extremely soft 431 stainless steel for superior feel and performance. Tour Edge engineers crafted C523 irons with VIBCOR technology, which is a high-grade Thermoplastic Polyurethane precisely placed in the deep undercut pocket for enhanced feel and increased ball speed. VIBCOR dampens sound and shock for a distinct feel at impact. This advancement also creates printer weighting around the entire clubhead for better performance off the clubface. C523 irons boast a more compact design with a thinner topline and a sharper high toe. The new shaping allowed engineers to reposition mass removed from the topline for an improved ultra-low center of gravity. This promotes high-launching shots with added forgiveness. C523 irons are crafted with a wider sole and a deep undercut cavity. The wider sole shaping deliver superior bounce for cleaner turf interaction. This design promotes consistent shot making. The 360° undercut cavity produces greater face flexing and faster ball speed across the entire face. Tour Edge used a toe-weighted design to elongate the sweet spot within C523 irons for a pure feel off the clubface. The advanced toe-weighted design also increases the stability of the clubhead through impact for better performance.
Hot Launch C523 Hybrid/Iron 2X5 Combo Set is on offer for golfers seeking to replace their long irons with Hot Launch C523 Hybrids. The versatile set will best suit golfers with a moderate swing speed. The men’s C523 series combo set comes with #4 and #5 Hot Launch C523 Hybrids to replace the 4- and 5-iron. Hot Launch C523 Irons are then added as the 6-iron through to wedges. The women’s C523 2X5 combo iron set comes with a #5 and #6 hybrid and C523 7-, 8-, 9-irons with a Pitching Wedge and Sand Wedge.
