Hot Launch E523 Series
Tour Edge ushers in the New Year with the release of its Hot Launch E523 series. Designed for golfers with slower to medium swing speeds, the extreme game improvement family of golf clubs includes, driver, fairway, hybrid, irons and wedges. There’s also a hybrid/ iron combo set for golfers looking to replace the long irons with E523 hybrids.
The essence of E523 is easy launch and maximum forgiveness across the entire face. E523 drivers, fairways, and hybrids share a number of key Tour Edge technologies focused on enabling golfers to find more consistency with their game. The brand’s Houdini Sole Technology is a major force in producing higher-flying shots. The patented Houdini Sole design includes an area of mass concentrated on the trailing edge of the clubhead’s sole and features a curved leading edge under the face. This unique crafting allows engineers to precisely position weight in the clubhead for an ultra-low and deep center of gravity. Houdini Sole Technology optimises launch and significantly improves to club’s stability through impact. The 460cc Titanium E523 driver boasts the all-new Power Channel located on the sole of the club behind the face. The Power Channel distributes weight to promote increased face flexing, amplified ball speed and less spin, as well as added forgiveness on shots struck lower on the face. The 17-4 stainless steel E523 fairway and E23 hybrid contain a Super Shallow Face Design that offers extreme forgiveness and makes it easier to launch high-flying shots from the turf.
Hot Launch E523 irons are fully loaded with technologies that put a major emphasis on ease of launch, playability and correct miss-hits and slices for straighter flight. The easy-to-use irons boast Houdini Sole Technology, which reduces the sole area to cut drag and turf interaction by 35%. Its hollow-body perimeter weighted construction produces distances capabilities of a metalwood in an iron-like shape. The hollow-body design allows for a center of gravity low and back in the clubhead to create a very forgiving and powerful clubface. E523 contain a super-shallow clubface in combination with an offset design. The extremely shallow face produces higher launch angles with extreme forgiveness. The offset design works to square up the clubhead at impact to produce anti-slice ball flights. And, the game-changing E523 irons feature a new concave design making it the company’s best-looking hollow-body iron-wood to date. The forgiving and easy-to-launch irons display a smaller topline, and a less visible backend for a more compact look at address.
Hot Launch E523 Hybrid/Iron 2X5 Combo Set is an extremely versatile iron set available for golfer’s seeking Extreme Game Improvement spec clubs. Built for the golfer with a moderate swing speed seeking maximum forgiveness and ease of launch with longer shots, E523 Iron 2X5 Combo Set provides two matching hybrids to replace the long irons. The men’s E523 2X5 combo set comes with #4 and #5 Hot Launch E523 Hybrids as the long irons with the E523 hollow-body irons ranging from the 6-iron through Pitching Wedge.
