Cameron Smith
2021/22 THE PLAYERS Championship
Australia’s Cameron Smith collected his biggest career victory at THE PLAYERS Championship. The win at TPC Sawgrass, Florida is his fifth PGA Tour title.
Smith, a Titleist Brand Ambassador, posted rounds of 69, 71, 69 and 66 to reach 13-under to record a one-shot victory.
The 28-year-old improved his recognition as one of the game’s best putters producing eight one-putt greens over his final nine holes. Smith holed 42 one putts for the event, which he completed with just 106 putts in total.
With his win, Smith moves to 2nd place in the 2021/22 FedExCup standings.
