Xander Schauffele
2021/22 Genesis Scottish Open
Xander Schauffele is running red-hot! The 28-year-old American closed out the Genesis Scottish Open by one shot earning him wins at his last two PGA Tour starts. The world No. 11 won the Travelers Championship on June 26.
Schauffele, who is a Callaway Brand Ambassador, posted rounds of 72, 65, 66 and 70 at the Renaissance Club in North Berwick to reach 7-under for the event. He overcame a star-studded field that included 14 of the top 15 golfers in the world. This year, marked the first time the Scottish Open was co-sanctioned by the PGA Tour and DP World Tour.
Schauffele made 17 birdies for the week and one eagle.
With his win, Schauffele jumps five places to 3rd position on the 2021/22 FedExCup standings.
