The current weather conditions in Queensland have created ongoing service disruptions with our delivery partners due to significant flooding.

As of yesterday afternoon (6/2/25), please see a summary of impacted areas:

• Cairns is currently inaccessible from all directions with no road services in or out. This also includes the Atherton, Mareeba, & Innisfail areas.
• Townsville is intermittently accessible depending on conditions.
• Charters Towers is currently closed.
• The Bruce Highway between Townsville and Mackay continues to experience delays due to localised flooding. These are mostly tidal flooding issues, causing intermittent highway closures and reopenings.

Note that there is still significant heavy rainfall in Far North Queensland and Central Queensland which may further impact accessibility into these regions.

• There may be an increased delivery time for any orders being sent to the affected areas listed above and their surroundings

We are working closely with our carrier partners to understand the expected timeframes for the flooding to subside and for services to return to normal.
