PXG 0311 Forged Wedges are triple forged from a strong 8620 soft carbon steel. This material prolongs the life of the clubhead, as well as enhances the overall appearance of the club over time. The tight grain structure of forged clubs create a purer resonance than a casting, which produces an outstanding feel and sound experience at impact.


0311 Forged Wedges are engineered to offer tremendous versatility and forgiveness from any lie. The sole curvature from front to back ensures ample bounce on full swings with plenty of relief for flop shots. A moderate taper from heel to toe allows the clubhead to be open and keeps the leading edge closer to the ground.


Full Face Grooves support an expanded hitting area, with precision milled grooves extended to the face perimeter. In addition to inspiring confidence at address, the enlarged impact region supports consistent ball contact on shots played toward the toe side of the face.


Expertly designed High Toe Weighting works to position the CG in line with open face shots, delivering greater impact consistency and fine-tuned forgiveness.


Robotic polishing creates an extremely precise manufacturing process that ensures consistent sole and face perimeter geometry with every club. 


PXG’s stunning Xtreme Dark finish is created using an advanced process called Diamond-like Carbon (DLC) coating. DLC significantly extends the reasonable lifetime of our irons and wedges. Unlike the typical black PVD used by otherequipment manufacturers, DLC is a three-layer process that produces extraordinary wear resistance and a flawless look without influencing club performance.
