Please note, our In Store and Online return policies are both listed below.
Please ensure you read the policy relevant to your purchase for Change of Mind.

Warranty Enquiries and Consumer Guarantee

Drummond Golf anticipates that your purchase will meet your expectations of quality, function and design. If, however in the unfortunate situation where you may require an exchange, you must present proof of purchase to the store.

You can choose an exchange or refund if the item you purchased has a major problem, such as, if the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item, if they had known about it
  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • Doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed

Drummond Golf may offer to repair, exchange or provide a gift card If the problem is not major.
If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement item.

How we determine Major or Not Major problems:

We may need to assess your product to determine whether a repair, replacement or refund is appropriate. Some products may need to be sent to our manufacturer or their repair agent for assessment.

Store refunds for change of mind – Excludes Webstore purchases

Drummond Golf Stores are not obliged to provide an exchange or refund, if you simply change your mind about your purchase.

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

  • misused a product in any way that caused the problem
  • got what you asked for but changed your mind or saw it cheaper elsewhere
  • knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
  • bought a one-off item from a private seller, for example at a garage sale or fete
  • plan to on-sell or change the product so that you can re-supply it as a business.

In the event that your item will need to be freighted for assessment, Drummond Golf Online will assist.

Change of Mind Refunds – Return to Drummond Golf Online

If your purchase was made within the last 30 days and you simply change your mind, don’t worry.
Provided you return your product in its original as-new condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase we’ll gladly offer you the choice of an Online store credit or refund.

A change of mind includes selecting alternate sizes if your first choice does not fit.

Please note: A return will not be accepted if shoes are sent back with packing tape or stickers on the shoe box.
Please ensure shoe boxes are in original condition and protected to prevent damage to the box.

We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions, and your return may be declined and sent back to you.

Drummond golf is unable to offer exchanges on items returned via mail to our online store. We can only offer Online Store credit or a refund.

If an exchange is preferred, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size/colour/style.

Can I return my online purchase instore?

As our stores are locally owned and franchised, it will be up to the local stores discretion if they are able to exchange or provide a store credit.

We recommend contacting your local store before visiting to see if they can assist you with an exchange.

How do I return my items by post?

For ‘Change of mind’ on Online purchases:

To return your item/s for a refund, please follow the below link:

Please note that the return expense will not be covered by Drummond Golf in this instance. 

For faulty/damaged products purchased Online:
If you purchased an item online via www.drummondgolf.com.au and upon delivery find that the item is unfortunately defective, damaged, has been sent incorrectly, or does not match the description to which it was advertised, we will organise a return at Drummond Golf's expense and will ship the replacement item to you, at no charge.
In such circumstances, please contact our Webstore via webmaster@drummondgolf.com where one of our friendly staff will contact you directly to discuss the best exchange process suitable for you.
